There is NO commission to be paid to the park if your holiday home is sold and removed OFF the park. The price we offer is the price you get, subject to any park disconnection fee. 

This will be agreed as part of the sale where we work around your needs. We pay an initial deposit, then once the park paperwork is signed by yourself the balance is paid PRIOR to the holiday home being taken off the pitch. We arrange all the transport.

Yes. If you are doing a house renovation or something similar and looking for a high specification fully double glazed and centrally heated accommodation to go on your own land we can help, all the way to functional multiple worker accommodation.

Our goal is to reduce overheads streamlining the business which in-turn reduces the price of our holiday homes to the end user – our customer.  We achieve this by not having large operating costs like big showgrounds. All holiday homes are sourced then transported directly to our customers.

Once we are clear on your requirements, the holiday homes are sourced then pictures, descriptions and videos of the actual homes available are provided.
